As in junk food so many chemicals are present which is not good for health.

As junk food don't even feel our dummy as it gives power for just few hours not all day long and normal food or balanced diet gives you long day energy. And due to eating of junk food people heights are being affected area lot. And their stomach ache and many other different problems are arising day by day. And junk food affects our mental health as well. And junk food destroy our imbalances hormone and increase their quantity rapidly. And cold drinks like coca cola and many other are just full of chemical and acidic water and people drink them and in them so much high level of sugar is used but we don't taste that sugar due to use of stimulation of that sugar for E.g.-sucralose. And they used to weaken our bone density. And junk food is not good for increase blood Cholesterol. And junk food is having very low amount of protein or almost negligible and fruit and vegetables there are over 92% of minerals and proteins and vitamins and etc. So junk food block in your life could give you long term benefits.so junk food is same like drugs addiction .and junk food gives feeling of unhealthy person and weakness in body. And if you leave junk food and eat vegetables your health could be improve and can could leave more as well because junk food also lesser our life!
